Hearts of Hope Hillsborough is dedicated to supporting local families facing financial strain due to a medical hardship. Whether you are seeking help for yourself or a dependent, we understand the challenges that come with serious illness and are here to help where we can.

Through our ongoing fundraising efforts we aim to ease the financial burden of medical costs for families within the Hillsborough (08844) community.

Each year, Hearts of Hope Hillsborough selects one to two beneficiaries to support. We know the need in our community is great, and while we can’t help everyone, we focus on making a meaningful difference for the families we do assist — providing not only financial relief, but also hope and encouragement from their neighbors.

Who We Help

To qualify for support, applicants must:

• Have (or have a dependent with) a critical illness diagnosis, verified by a licensed medical provider.

• Be a resident of Hillsborough, NJ (08844).

• Demonstrate financial need.
  
  

How We Can Help

We may provide financial assistance with the following:

• Medically necessary expenses not covered by insurance 

• Other essential expenses related to the medical hardship as determined by our committee. 

Please note: In accordance with NJ law, certain funds may be paid directly to medical providers on behalf of the beneficiary.
